  • HSA vs FSA vs LPFSA

    Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Health Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) are both special accounts that allow you to pull money out of your paychecks before it’s taxed, then use that money to pay eligible health care expenses.

    If you have a High Deductible Health Plan option and an HSA, you are not able to enroll in a traditional Health Care FSA. But, you can enroll in a Limited Purpose FSA. It works similarly to a regular Health Care FSA—you contribute money before taxes and use that money to reimburse yourself for eligible expenses—but it can only be used for eligible dental and vision expenses.  Read More
